Day Three: The Couch Sessions

Day Three:

Pulled up to the Barn and Cricket ran up the driveway with me. She’s a great dog. Entered the barn and Dave was listening to yesterday’s recordings, passed on tea and started to critique Billie and Beach Ballad. Specific parts in Billie and Beach Ballad have been neglected so I am spending this weekend giving them some tender lovin’ care. Next week we are planning on starting Shooken Up, which is funny because although I love to sing this song, she was inches away from my cutting board. I thought maybe this was a song for the future. Dave is hearing some percussion ideas so we are going to entertain them. My eyes are starting to close on their own so I’d better get going.
